Gemnao PC Game Diagnosis 0.6.0 — Windows x64 prototype

Unsigned. This version has NOT been executed on Windows.
If security software or policy blocks it, stop. Do not bypass a warning,
disable protection, add an exclusion or elevate to get around the block.
The tool does not automatically identify every cause or repair anything.

1. Extract the entire ZIP. Open Gemnao.Diagnostics.exe normally, with its
.exe.config alongside it. Intended target: Windows 11 x64 / .NET Framework
4.8 or later. No SDK, installer, PowerShell command or administrator access is needed.

2. At the top, choose Language / 言語: English or 日本語.
Japanese Windows UI defaults to Japanese; otherwise English.
The choice applies only to this launch. Switch while idle; evidence,
answers, consent and action history are retained. No reread occurs.

3. In tab 1 choose general PC-game rules, symptom and store. Read the scope
and consent, then select the actual game EXE, not its launcher/reporter.
Steam can show it via Manage > Browse local files. Do not change protected
folder permissions if you cannot access it. Optional checks start off.

4. If it already happened, read the previous ten minutes without relaunching.
If a new attempt is safe, start timing before a short manual attempt.
Wait for any CrashReport generation to finish before reading. If records are
delayed, reread the same range without another launch (within 30 minutes of the original start).
Finding no records does NOT prove that the game launched successfully
or that the PC is healthy.

5. In tab 3, try one manual step at a time and record its state and result.
Do not repeat a failed check. If it works, more changes are unnecessary.
For whole-PC restarts, shutdowns, freezes or abnormal heat, STOP trying to reproduce the issue.
FPS, frame time, GPU use and temperature are NOT measured by this tool.

6. Tab 4 previews exactly what will be saved. Read it, confirm, and save TXT.
No automatic upload. A sync folder may sync independently. Filtered output
is not guaranteed to be anonymous. CPU/GPU names and unknown module names stay local. Known DLL names are
saved only if you select the separate option.

7. Tab 5 can record earlier actions and outcomes. History requires separate
consent and an explicit save action. Restore requires the same EXE location, rules
and symptom, plus review. It does not prove the installation is identical.
History is protected for this Windows user. Moving it to the Recycle Bin
needs confirmation; cancel if Windows instead offers permanent deletion.

8. Improvement-report JSON is local-save only, for Wilds launch diagnosis.
General-game JSON and web submission are unavailable; the web button is
disabled. Nothing is submitted. Review all selected JSON fields before saving.
