Cyberpunk 2077 stores saves under Saved Games\CD Projekt Red, outside the game installation folder. Back up your saves before reinstalling: the official clean-install procedure also deletes the save folder. If the game will not start or keeps crashing, test it without mods first, then follow the official order: GPU driver clean install, Visual C++ redistributables, file verification and overlays.
